Shipping is through United States Postal Service (USPS) and all tracking numbers are provided within 3-4 business days after processing which is 24-48 business hours after placing your order. It then will take 1-3 business days after the carrier receives your package.
Once the Shipping carrier has the package, we no longer have any control over the package moving forward. Please feel free to contact us for any inquires.
Due to COVID 19 we will not be completing any exchanges.
We have a 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.
